Application Description of HD Fire Foam Generator
The HD Fire Foam Generator is used for one of the most common applications of tank seal protection in vertical liquid storage tanks with internal floating roofs with low expansion foam systems. The application of suction foam is on a risk basis including the area within the annular ring between the rim of the floating roof and the tank shell. The commonly used foam system design guidelines conform to the NFPA11 standard. Foam manufacturers are identified by NFPA 11 as a Class II discharge outlet to provide low expansion suction foam to the seal. Foam manufacturers are widely used with Inline chokes, pressure foam equalization systems, bladder tank systems and foam tenders.

The HD Fire Foam Generator is an air suction foam generator that is connected to the foam dispenser to deliver gentle suction foam the tank area. Foam manufacturer covers a wide range of foam solutions 75 to 557 liters per minute at 2.8 to 7 kg/m2. inlet pressure. Holes can replace the field in case of changing design parameters. Foam is created by introducing air a stream of foam solution. The inlet of the foam generator is designed to create a jet that draws air the foam solution stream.
