- The HD Fire Foam Container is designed to discharge expanded foam directly onto the surface of flammable or combustible liquids for fire fighting. Classified as a Class II flushing device according to NFPA 11 standards, the foam chamber carries low-expansion foam directly to the fuel surface. Minimizing submersion and agitation increases the effectiveness of the foam blanket, resulting in more efficient operation and superior extinguishing power. UL listed and FM approved HD foam chamber. The HD Fire Foam Compartment is available in four sizes and comes with a foam deflector. HD Fire Foam Containers are used in one of the most common applications to protect vertical (conical) fixed liquid storage tanks, with or without an internal floating roof with low expansion foam systems.
