- At this time, people discovered 4 burned young men lying motionless in the room, so they quickly transferred them to Gia Dinh People's Hospital for emergency treatment.
- Doctor Nguyen Thanh Su - Head of the Emergency Department of Gia Dinh People's Hospital said that 4 victims, including: Quang Vu (27 years old), Van Hieu, Tuan Anh and Thanh Tu (both 24 years old), were hospitalized in a serious condition.
